Initial Interview
Meet our Talent Acquisition Manager for a GoogleMeet video call! During this round, our team will get to know you and share more about the position and company. Be yourself and show us why you're the perfect fit for Skin Pharm!
- Stage 3
Hiring Manager Interview
After the initial interview, candidates moving forward are invited to a GoogleMeet video call with the position's department lead + our Senior Director of People! This is your opportunity to ask company, HR and department specific questions while the management team gets to know you better.
- Stage 4
Project
Show us your talent! The project will be a showcase of your expertise, skills and critical thinking as it relates to the responsibilities of this role and department!
- Stage 5
Working Interview
This is a shadowing opportunity to experience "a day in the life" and meet the team you would work alongside. The working interview can look a little different depending on the position, but an important step in our process. A skills assessment meets "vibe check", if you will!
- Stage 6
Executive Interview
Meet our Executive team! This 15 minute video call is the final round of interviewing and an opportunity to hear from the Executive team on the "how and why" of Skin Pharm, as well as hear more about our day-to-day operations.

Formal Offer
Congratulations! We think you'd make the best new addition to our team! Accepting a formal offer (pending a cleared background check) is the first step in the onboarding process at Skin Pharm!
- Stage 8
Background Check
After accepting a formal offer, you will receive a consent for a standard background check. Upon clearance -- you are officially official!
- Stage 9
Hired
You're officially Skin Pharm's newest team member and the fun really begins!
