After the initial interview, candidates moving forward are invited to a GoogleMeet video call with our Director of Clinical Operations + our Senior Director of People! This is your opportunity to ask company, HR and clinic-specific questions while our management team gets to know you better.

Stage 5

Working Interview

Come see "a day in the life!" This full day in clinic is a shadowing opportunity to meet the team you would work alongside and get a behind the scenes look at what a real day as a Skin Pharm provider looks like.

Stage 6

Executive Interview

Meet Maegan and Brad! This 15 minute video call is an opportunity to talk all things clinical with our CEO, Founder + NP herself, as well as hear more about our day-to-day operations from our COO.

Stage 7

Formal Offer

Congratulations! We think you'd made the best new addition to our team! Accepting a formal offer (pending a cleared background check) is the first step in the onboarding process at Skin Pharm!

Stage 8

Background Check

After accepting a formal offer, you will receive a consent for a standard background check. Upon clearance -- you are officially official!

Stage 9

Hired

You're officially Skin Pharm's newest team member and the fun really begins!
